Therefore, our initial meeting or meetings (depending on the complexity of your needs) will allow us to understand your needs, objectives and goals.
After we have a thorough understanding of this we will submit our detailed quotation to meet your goals. Obviously, to get to this point, some of the elementary planning process must be completed. However, we never charge for our initial consultations.
When the client chooses to go forward, Interactive Webs will submit a client agreement for their approval. The agreement will detail our understanding of your goals and the description of work to be completed.
Upon completion of the client agreement, Interactive Webs and the client will begin the detailed planning process. The following progression is typical:
- Define the goals of the project
- Organize the structure of the project and define specific page requirements
- Define color schemes and general page layout characteristics
- Submit three prototype layouts
- Design and plan the navigational structure
- Develop and inventory all text and graphic content
- Begin final home page design
- Develop and produce underlying pages
- Site testing
- Bring site live
- Search engine submission
